Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of service provision. This obligation survives the termination of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanRuo Tech Brilliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WanRuo Tech Brilliance, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate services upon written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our services for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WanRuo Tech Brilliance regarding the use of our services.
